Welcome to Glow Up by Goddess - Beauty • Skincare • Wellness. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Product Information

All goods sold by Glow Up by Goddess is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. Cosmetics and Skincare are proudly made in the USA following FDA guidelines and regulations.

 

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of placement. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the Unites States only at this time via USPS. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as Glow Up by Goddess is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect information.

 

4. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds unless the product(s) are defective or incorrect due to our error. If you receive the wrong item(s), you must notify us within 36 hours (3 days) of delivery.

 

5. Payments

We accept secure credit/debit payment methods and PayPal through our online store. NOTE - PayPal charges a 2% processing fee which is included in the total at checkout.

 

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming your purchase.

 

7. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or is flagged by our payment processor for fraud.
